The Gojo Pottery Festival was one of the highlights of summer in Kyoto.
It has been a lonely time since the event quietly closed amid the coronavirus pandemic,
Last summer, a group of young artists led a revival at Wakamiya Shrine.
This year, the second event will not be limited to the shrine grounds,
Tents will line the sidewalks of Gojo-dori.
There will also be food and drink stalls, so you can enjoy the traditional festival atmosphere.
Our store will be participating from August 7th to 10th.
